Introduction
Dr. Biswanath Dekaraja is a faculty member in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Assam Engineering College (AEC), Guwahati. Born in Nagaon, Assam, in 1982, he completed his Bachelor of Engineering in electrical engineering from AEC under Gauhati University in 2003. He began his teaching career at Nowgong Polytechnic as a contractual faculty member before joining Assam Engineering College as a permanent Lecturer on 5th January 2007. Dr. Dekaraja earned his Master of Electrical Engineering specializing in Power Systems from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, in 2012. He subsequently achieved his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Silchar, Assam, in November 2023.
