Introduction
I graduated form NERIST, Nirjuli for my B.Tech degree in Computer Science and Engineering and went to IIT Kahargpur for M.Tech degree in Computer Science and Engineering. I have earned a PhD degree in Engineering from Gauhtai University. My thesis was on "New gates and Circuits for Reversible Computer" and my supervisor was Dr. Navajit Saikia, Professor, Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering of Assam Engineering College. I was also working in a govt PSU for a brief period of time and then I joined Department of Computer Science and Engineering of Jorhat Engineering College as Lecturer (later renamed as Assistant Professor). In the year 2011 I have joined the Department of Computer Science and Engineering of Assam Engineering College, where I am a Professor now. Both of these institutions are public institution.
